RETURNS
Naju Natural Beauty Supply cannot accept returns due to the hand crafted nature of the products, perishability and contamination. If an item is received damaged (not to include melted butters due to the package sitting in extreme heat), we will gladly replace the items. Please email and submit a photo of the damaged items to najunaturalbeautysupply@gmail.com and your items will be replaced within 30 business days.

SHIPPING
After placing your order, please allow approximately 2-4 business days (weekends/holidays not included) for us to prepare your order for shipment. Orders are shipped based on product availability and placed in the order they are received. Processing times during sales can extend from 3-7 business days. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings. USPS Priority Mail does not shorten order processing time, it only shortens delivery time.
We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to the shipping address that the customer provides on our website checkout page. Please note that while the standard USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days (Domestic) and 6-10 business days (International), this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Priority Mail policy. Priority Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.
Again, we are not responsible for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided to us by the customer. Should a package ship to an incorrect address provided to us by the customer, we will gladly, (adding shipping costs) reship the item once the package has been returned to us. Please be advised, we do not reship until the shipping charges have been paid.
Due to the temperature sensitivity of the items, please ensure someone is at the assigned address to receive the items so you can enjoy the wonderful quality of your items. You can also email us a different address that you would like to ship your items or ask for signature guarantee ($2.00 extra) to ensure that your package will not remain in the extreme temperatures during high heat months delivery (April - September).
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled at any point prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.
